Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing & Production Times

Because many of our items are manufactured in-house, your order requires processing time before it ships.

  • Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days.

  • Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for manufacturing and quality checks before your item is dispatched.

  • Operating Hours: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs clearance.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of generation.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mythic Labs 3D is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

5. Damages, Lost Packages, & Address Errors

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos of the issue, and contact us immediately at support@mythiclabs3d.com so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or solution for you.
