Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement under our Mythic Shield Guarantee, your item must be in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. We cover transit damage and manufacturing defects, and if you are unhappy for any reason, you can return your item for a full refund.

• To start a return or report damage: Contact us at support@mythiclabs3d.com within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). Return addresses are provided with your RMA.

• Exclusions: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

• Refunds: Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
